Nisha joined Hiscox in July 2021 as Technology Director for Hiscox Re & ILS and has over 18 years of technology leadership experience. Previously Technology Officer for Chaucer, Nisha spent her early career in various technical roles across start-ups and global enterprises with expertise across data, engineering and operations. In 2011 she joined AutoProtect, rising to Chief Information Officer in 2018 a post she held until 2019. Nisha has been featured as a Top 100 CIO in the UK, recognised for delivering digital business transformation through complex change programmes and holds a Masters degree in Computing from Cardiff University.
